In an effort to better communicate with its customers, the Commission is building e-mail subscription lists.

The Commission continues to provide copies of workers' Compensation Opinions.

In addition, the Commission is investigating building subscription lists to provide General Information and Information for Attorneys.

(If you prefer to receive only monthly copies of VWC Reviews issued or updated during that month, or if you need any assistance, please send an e-mail to webmaster@workcomp.virginia.gov with your request.)

Please note that we do not sell or rent our subscribers' information to any outside company or organization. We do not reveal specific information about subscribers or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except if required to do so by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act or other law. The Commission provides e-mail copies of Commission Review opinions, as well as opinions from the Virginia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court that are relevant to workers' compensation, as they are issued. If you would like to subscribe to this service please follow the instructions below.

Information From the Commission

The Commission is investigating building subscription lists to provide occasional informational notices relevant to the Commission's customers, such as notices about upcoming events, seminars and conferences and general information from the Commission. Currently, we are building a list for workers' compensation attorneys. As always, you can check our website for any news and updates. (Please be aware that these informational lists will not be used to provide e-mail copies of workers' compensation opinions. To subscribe to the opinion service, click here.)
